You're getting the error Cannot open ...\Project.lpu Invalid data format Z116, Z101 or Z504 when opening a project or translation bundle in Passolo.

• Try to recover the project or the bundle from a backup.

 

• Raise a support case with the Passolo team. The support team can try to repair such projects or bundles but depending on how much the file is corrupted success is not guaranteed.

Even if the repair works most likely some data will be lost from the project.

Note that such issues usually occur when projects are stored on Network folders. If that is the case please look into unpacking projects:

The content of the project or the bundle was corrupted and now the file is incomplete. This happens mostly when the connection is lost while the project is saved on a network storage.
