When adding word counts to the "To be Done" and "To Be invoiced" (in the document tab) as shown below:



Flow is adding and giving the follwoing total - Sum Units = "To_Be_Done" + "To_Be_Invoiced". We are expecting the Sum Units to be "To_Be_Invoiced" only and not the Sum of Both

By Default, when adding the quantity of Units for "To_Be_Done" + "To_Be_Invoiced" the total of both Units will be the amount Invoiced in the Flow Quotations as shown below. (Note in the example below the Total 1100 is from "To_Be_Done" + "To_Be_Invoiced" which is also reflected in the total cost for Quotations)

In order to get only the "To_Be_Invoiced" units (numbers of Words) to be included in the quotation, you will need to check the option "Only Invoice To Be invoice units" and click the "Save" button as shown below:


When go back to "Overview" Tab, you should see the Unit amount of only for "To_Be_Invoiced" as show below for which will also reflecting the Quotation pricing. 
  

Important Note: In order to see the Unit info and Cost Overview, you need to assign at least one Workflow to the documents
