Symptoms/Context
When selecting files to download from Trados Live Team account the ERROR message appears in the notification pane.
There was an error completing your request.
Resolution
The functionality will be available soon according to the documentation: Download Files in Restricted Projects (coming soon)
Root Cause
According to the User role and their permissions documentation, there are 2 user roles which have this functionality not implemented: Terminologist and Linguist
