In Trados Studio 2021 SR2, if you create a cloud project using the 'New cloud Project' wizard or use Save to Cloud for a local project or project package with any PDF source file, the generated target file has a .pdf extension when it should be .docx.

When trying to open the target, We can't open this file error occurs.


 

Open the project directly in your Cloud account and Download the target from there.



Also, the issue does not occur when creating a local project. 

This has been identified as a defect and development is working on finding a fix, that should become available in our future releases.
