When using a dynamic workflow with more than one target language, the final step being used is grey and reads "This task is displyed in more than one list".

The Final Step of a Dynamic Workflow, while appearing in all (this number is dependent on how many target languages are in the project) of the workflows is really the same task. For example, any change to that final step or if it is completed in one language would also get applied or completed in the other ones as well.

This is the reason for the message, "The task is displayed in more than one list." appears when using a "Final Step" in a dynamic workflow.

 

An option to use to avoid this message is to keep the Final Step of the Workflow blank and having all the steps required for the Workflow, including the last step in your project, under Service. Here is an example of how that would look:

• Go to Settings > Flow Administration and Automation > Dynamic Workflow Templates
• Type in the template name in the Quick search field to find an existing template
• A new dynamic template can also be created here by entering the Steps under Service
