This bug has been fixed as of version 7.0.22027.1. Upgrade to the latest version.
Detailed below are workarounds you can use to fix this issue if you're unable to upgrade.
May require administrator privileges. Ask your IT department for assistance.
Solution 1: Run as administrator once
Right click on the XLIFF Editor application and
Run as administrator:
This is only needed
once after the upgrade, any subsequent run the application can be executed normally.
Solution 2: Place a configuration file in the XLIFF Editor installation directory
Download the
MultiTrans.XliffEditor.exe.config file attached to this article and place it in the installation directory of the XLIFF Editor.
By default the XLIFF Editor is installed here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Donnelley\MultiTrans 6.0\MultiTrans XLIFF Editor
