Flow - The To Do lists in the Project Manager dashboard don't show certain requests

A request that you're working on doesn't appear in your To Do lists on the Project Manager dashboard. For example:
When a quote is required the PM dashboard To Do List does not reflect the "Create Quote" task in the list.
When a quote is created and sent to client for approval the PM dashboard Customer To Do List does not reflect the "Waiting for approval" task in the list.
1. Check you're assigned as the project manager of the request
Search for the request then select the
tab. Check the
assigned to the request and select yourself from the dropdown list.
2. Upgrade Flow from version 7.0.21077.2
there is a
where the To Do lists are always empty. If you are using this version of Flow,
upgrade to the latest version
of Flow to fix this issue.
There are 2 possible reasons for this:
You are not assigned as the project manager for the request.
You are using version
of Flow - there is a
in this particular release where the To Do lists are always empty. This was fixed in version
