Workaround 1: Remove your user but do not set Users permissions to "Ignore"
- Open the TM in Management -> Linguistic Tool Setup -> Translation Memory Setup, and choose the Access Control tab as before.
- Change the Access Mode to Restricted (if it is not already set).
- DO NOT change the Users section from Pick users to Ignore.
- Click your name under Users -> Read and Write Permissions, and click the left button to remove yourself from the list.
- Add the permissions for Workgroups, Workflow Roles, Locales, and/or Clients, and click Save.
- Open the TM settings again, and make sure the Users permissions section is now set to Ignore.
Workaround 2: Add a new Administrator user
The main workaround does not work for all WorldServer users. If, having followed the instructions in
Workaround 1, your name is still showing in the
Read and Write Permissions list of the
Users section, then create a new Administrator user, and use that to perform the changes. For security reasons, we recommend that you disable the new Administrator user afterwards, and then re-enable it in future should you need to make further modifications to these settings.
