PPTX file fails at segmentation with error

Invalid archive file size The file at location.... does not exist!

Example of the error:

Completed Segment Asset step of task 1 in time [00:00:02] on engine [xxxxxx:clone#2008616117:engine#4] with result Error. Execution output: Cannot parse asset data. Details: com.idiominc.ws.filters.FilterParseException: (PresentationML v. 1): Invalid archive file size The file at location 'C:\WorldServer\content\Clients\Marketing Product brochure\Marketing Product brochure\Projects\126469_Customer Presentation including Value Proposition _Wind turbines_EN\Source-English US\Customer Presentation including Value Proposition _Wind turbines _EN.pptx' does not exist!

Note: the directory associated with the error will vary.

Resolution

Shorten the project name and/or the source file name and re-submit the project and asset. The segmentation will be successful.

Root Cause

When you receive this error, you will probably notice that the project name and/or the source file name are quite long, leading to a directory that probably exceeds the allowed 260 characters.
