Resolution

1. Close Trados Studio
2. Go to: C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Studio 2021
3. Rename Project Templates folder (eg: Project Templates_old)
4. Reopen Trados Studio and re-add SDL Language Cloud in Translation Memory and Documents Settings window
