While using Machine Translation Cloud plugin version 4.2.3.0 (or MT Edge plugin) for Trados Studio 2021 versions, it was observed that locked elements are not included in the target translation


 

A defect CRQ-23278 has been raised. 
If you have the Language Cloud linked with MT Cloud account and using the same subscription, then it should not matter which plugin you are using as they both using the same NMT Engines.

 

The problem is not reproducible when using Language Cloud plugin. Only when using Machine Translation Cloud plugin. 

The Machine Translation Cloud plugin for Studio is a free plugin developed by the community developers and not normally fixed or supported under SLA of Trados Studio or MT Cloud products.
