You can add a
Cloud Translation Memory as a resource for a local
Trados Studio project, if you add
SDL Language Cloud as a translation provider because the
Translation Engine created in your
Trados Live - Language Cloud account includes at least a TM.
You can add the
Translation Engine either when creating a new project, or in the
Project Settings of an already created project.
For
Trados Studio 2019, you need to have the latest version installed which is

1. At
All Language Pairs > Translation Memory and Automated Translation > Use... > SDL Language Cloud2. In the
Language Cloud window, select
Translation Engines from the drop-down
3. Tick the engine you would like to use for the project from those available in your account, then
Save button
