You are trying to add new terms to your termbase (either using Trados Studio or MultiTerm), but adding the term fails with the error MultiTerm is unable to add the entry (please see details below). The error occurs only for one/some, but not all your termbases, or when using different versions of Trados Studio/MultiTerm.

The structure of the termbase is damaged. This can happen for example when it is saved on a network drive and updated simultaneously by several users. Or when the user has a NAS (Network Attached Storage) in place, backing up his/her data in real time, while the termbase is in use.
