Multitrans - Your Multitrans Flow login has been disabled

SDL MultiTrans TMS
Symptoms/Context
The user is trying to connect to Flow and are getting the error message : Your Multitrans Flow login has been disabled.
Resolution
Open the Administration Console refer to Logging into the Administration console Open the User tab Select the User Click on Edit... Uncheck Options>Account Disabled
