Flow - Not all resources/providers appear in the drop down list when assigning a task

Symptoms/Context
In Flow when trying to assign a task to a provider by clicking on the drop down, the list does not include the expected Providers.
Resolution
There are several factors that determines the list of available providers to show like abilities (translation, editing, etc) domains (Business, Finance, etc), and languages. If a project has a language or domain that the provider is not part of or if they don't have a specific ability in their provider profile for the task in the project, you will not see them in the list,
In some cases, the "Task List" field needs to be selected under the Provider's access rights for the Provider to display in the drop down list, the. None of the access rights under Task List need to be selected, just the "Task List"
If modifying the provider profile or project is not an option, another solution would be to click on the blue "Select Providers" icon which will take you to the full list of Providers to choose from.
