When you are connected to your SDL Trados Live Subscription you get the bellow error message:
Cannot access Language Cloud account, Trados Studio cannot connect you to your Language Cloud account.

This error is related to the Language Cloud settings saved in SDL Trados Studio.   
Solution:
1. Close SDL Trados Studio
2. Go to  C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL
          AppData is a hidden folder. Follow the steps described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001137 to uncover hidden folders. 
2. Find "LanguageCloud.bin" or "LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin"
3. Rename the file to LanguageCloud_OLD.bin or LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin_OLD
4. If you have previous versions of SDL Trados Studio installed, follow the same procedure in the below folders
          C:\Users\[USERNAME][\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio\14.0.0.0
          C:\Users\[USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio\15.0.0.0
5. Start SDL Trados Studio and check if you can add Language Cloud machine translation to your translation.

If this does not solve the issue you will have to log an SRQ with development so that they clear your account of any old accounts.
 

The BIN files that store the Language Cloud login information are corrupt.
