Google Cloud Translation API option has been removed from
Trados Studio 2021 and is available through the
MT Enhanced Plugin.
Steps to install
MT Enhanced Plugin:

4. Restart
Trados Studio.

5. After restart, go to
Project Settings and choose the option
MT Enhanced Trados Plugin.

6. Choose the
Google Translate option from the
MT Enhanced Trados Plugin.

7. Enter your
Google API Key and click
OK button.
