Using a Translation Memory in SDL Trados Studio give the The translation memory data file engine returned an error: SQL logic error - no such column error message.

Resolution

In order to solve this issue use the following workaround:

Click on Start
Write Region and click on the Region Settings
For the Country, select United States
For the Current format, select United States
Check if Translation Memories work as expected in SDL Trados Studio
If they work as expected you can revert to your original Country and Current format settings.

Root Cause

Windows did not add some specific formats that SDL Trados Studio uses.
