• Your Machine Translation Cloud Subscription might me expired, please contact SDL Support, see this article: How to log a Support Case for SDL Language Cloud Machine Translation if you don't have a Support Agreement
• Please ensure you have the latest  Machine Translation Cloud - MT Cloud plug-in  in your Studio   

 

There could be several reasons why the error message is seen : 

• Expired Machine Translation Cloud subscription.
• Language pair not added to your MT Cloud subscription
• Defect  in the Machine Translation Cloud - MT Cloud plug-in
