Symptoms/Context
When creating a new Translation Memory via the Trados GroupShare Web User Interface, you are encountering the following error: Translation Memory was not saved. An internal server error occurred. "An error has occurred while processing your request."
Resolution
Solution A: Grant the user(s) access to a location where there are TM Containers, so those can be used when creating a new Translation Memory.
Solution B: Create a new TM Container in the lower-level organization in order to be used by the users that have restricted access:
With an Administrator User logged in on Root, Go to System Configuration > Containers
Create a new Container in the required organization, where the user with the issue resides
Log in with the user that encountered the issue and create a new Translation Memory. The TM creation is now successful.
Root Cause
The users were added to a sub-organization on Trados GroupShare, where there was no TM Container added.
