**Important to note that any time a password is changed in FLOW it needs to be changed through the Admin Console as well
Modify password in FLOW
- Log in to Flow with an admin account
- Go to the TMS Settings by clicking on the Gear Icon or the Settings button on older versions
- Navigate to the MultiTrans Settings
- Enter your new password in the password field (*Note that you may have to check the Select to change password box to view the password field)
- Click on Save on the bottom of the page
Modify password in Admin Console
- Launch the Administration Console and login as an Admin
- Click on Users on the left side, ensure the Admin user is selected and click on Change Password...
- Type in the new password in the new password and confirm password fields and click OK
Confirm Passwords Match From Flow
- Log in to Flow with an admin account
- Go to the TMS Settings by clicking on the Gear Icon or the Settings button on older versions
- Navigate to the MultiTrans Setting
- Click on Sync Textbases or Sync Termbases on the bottom of the page. If successful you will see a message that the Sync is complete
- If the passwords do not match you may see one of the following errors on the top of page in red:
- java.lang.NullPointerException: Unable to load Root Textbase folder from MultiTrans API (returns null)
- unknown error
- Another indication that the passwords do not match is that the Service tasks in projects will not complete and you may see a status error of "Unable to login to MultiTrans."
