How to update Administrator password in Flow

Modify password in FLOW

1. Log in to Flow with an admin account
2. Go to the TMS Settings by clicking on the Gear Icon  or the Settings button on older versions
3. Navigate to the MultiTrans Settings
4. Enter your new password in the password field

5. Click on Save on the bottom of the page

Modify password in Admin Console

1. Launch the Administration Console and login as an Admin
2. Click on Users on the left side, ensure the Admin user is selected and click on Change Password...

3. Type in the new password in the new password and confirm password fields and click OK

 

Confirm Passwords Match From Flow

1. Log in to Flow with an admin account
2. Go to the TMS Settings by clicking on the Gear Icon  or the Settings button on older versions
3. Navigate to the MultiTrans Setting
4. Click on Sync Textbases or Sync Termbases on the bottom of the page. If successful you will see a message that the Sync is complete

5. If the passwords do not match you may see the following error on the top of page in red:

6. Another indication that the passwords do not match is that the Service tasks in projects will not complete and you may see a status error of "Unable to login to MultiTrans."
