Passolo command line fails with license error 99: No license found on build agents

Symptoms/Context
You're trying to run Passolo from a build agent and get the error 99: No license found When trying with the normal user Passolo works fine from both the GUI or the Batch mode
Resolution
Start Passolo as Administrator and make sure is activated properly. This ensures that any user from the machine has access to the license details. After this the build agent should work fine.
Root Cause
Passolo was licensed at an User level. Other users from the machine are not able to use the license details.
