Symptoms/Context
Users may experience problems logging in to SDL Machine Translation Cloud https://translate.sdl.com/ and see the error message below.
Password login via OIDC-conformant clients with externally-hosted login pages is unsupported.
Resolution
Suggestions to try :
Disconnect form VPN/Citrix if used.
Copy and paste the URL (https://translate.sdl.com/) to your browser and try to login. Don't use bookmarked URL.
Depending on your browser, open (Incognito, InPrivate, Private Window ) from your browser and try login again to https://translate.sdl.com/
The error comes form the Auth0 provider the SDL Machine Translation Cloud is using to authenticate a user. One of the problem is blocked traffic between Auth0, SDL website and the user's Internet service provider. (e.g company's VPN)
