Add the Settings to the GroupShare Console
Connect to your Trados GroupShare application server
Open Trados GroupShare Console, and check if the MultiTerm Master Database settings (location and name) are filled-in. If by searching it in the Windows Search command you cannot find it, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Server\Application and launch Studio Server Console.msc
After filling in the required data, click on the Apply Changes command on the right-hand side of the console (below Actions). This will restart the Trados GroupShare services.
