The error message is displayed when starting to translate a word document.

Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.
Parameter name: fromIndex.

Resolution

Before opening the file for translation follow these steps:

1. Open the source file in Microsoft Word
2. Select the text
3. Click on Home -> Font -> Clear All Formatting
4. Save the file

Root Cause

The text format cannot be processed by Studio filter.
