Symptoms/Context
When adding Machine Translation Cloud provider in Project Settings you receive the following error message:
The translation provider "SDL Machine Translation Cloud provider" could not be opened and has been disabled.
Resolution
1. Uninstall the existing plug-in version For this go to SDL Plugin Manager - this can be opened by searching for the word "plugin" in the Windows search box.
2. Go to the SDL App Store and download and install the latest plug-in.
