In the Add-ins dialog box, the state of the XML Parser is Error.



When you select the parser, the following message appears: 

To use this Add-In MXSML4 must be installed on this computer.

As the XML parser still requires this dependency please install MSXML 4.0 separately from https://download.cnet.com/MSXML-4-0-Service-Pack-2-Microsoft-XML-Core-Services/3000-2070_4-10726922.html . 

After the download is finished, please  follow these steps:

1. Close Passolo 
2. Run the installer ( Use msxml.msi to install MSXML 4.0 SP3 on your computer. You may also save msxml.msi to your local disk to install later.)
3.Open Passolo and go to Tools-> Add-ins
4. Load the XML Parser.

In the latest Passolo update - 2018 CU9, we upgraded MSXML 4.0 to MSXML 6.0 and removed the MSXML 4.0 dependency.
