A user is experiencing multiple prompts in Trados Studio, requesting the GroupShare credentials each time the user opens Trados Studio. The user has previously entered the GroupShare credentials within File > Setup > Servers and for each prompt is checking the Do Not Prompt Me Again box, but Studio only accepts and retains the third prompt when opening a file for translation.

Steps recommended:

1. Open Trados Studio and remove all projects from the list. No need to actually delete them from the disk, just remove their reference in Trados Studio. If there are a lot you can delete/rename the projects.xml file from here: C:\Users\USER NAME\Documents\Studio 2017/2019\Projects
2. Go to File > Setup > Servers and delete everything from there
3. Go to File > Setup > Project Templates and remove any that you may have added and are not default. The templates are only removed from Studio, not deleted from the disk.
4. Now start Trados Studio - you should get no message.
5. Stop Trados Studio and start it again.
6. Under File > Setup > Servers add a connection to the GroupShare server
7. Open just the projects that are needed.

When Trados Studio opens, it loads all the projects in the list and checks the connections from the template that is used when a new file is opened.
