Pre-translate does not apply when creating projects via SDL Trados GroupShare WebUI

Scope/Environment

SDL Trados GroupShare 2017

Symptoms/Context

Whenever you create a project from SDL Trados GroupShare webUI, the pre-translate function does not apply on the project.
When you perform the same action in SDL Trados Studio client the pre-translate task successfully applies.

Resolution

Change/add/correct the Translation Memory Provider Credentials user/password

Connect to the Application server and open the SDL Trados GroupShare Console
In the navigation tree select Settings
Change the following settings:
Press OK and Restart Services

Root Cause

The System administrator account (sa) password was changed and the SDL Trados GroupShare console no longer has the correct login info in the Execution Server Settings.
Checking the SDL Application log displays the following error :

"#Sdl.StudioServer.Authorization.AuthorizationServer.AuthServerClientCredentialsGrant#System.Security.SecurityException: Authentication failed for user 'sa'.

   at Sdl.StudioServer.Services.IdentityModel.Data.IdentityModelDataAccess.AuthenticateUser(String userName, String password)
   at Sdl.StudioServer.Services.IdentityModel.UserManager.AuthenticateUser(String userName, String password)
   at Sdl.StudioServer.Authorization.AuthorizationServer.AuthServerPasswordGrant.AuthorizeUser(String userName, String password)"
