When trying to Add New Term or Quick Add New Term the options are greyed out

Highlight text in source and target segments

To enable the Add New Term and Quick Add New Term buttons, you will need to highlight the word/term in both the source and target segment  (one in the source and also the corresponding translated word/term in the target segment). 
After highlighting the word/term in both the source and target segment, the buttons will become active.
