No download/save button available for export performed via SDL MultiTerm Online

Scope/Environment

SDL MultiTerm Online 2015 or newer

Symptoms/Context

You are trying to export a termbase from MultiTerm Online (Termbase Management view > Export) and you get the following result:

Processing Job
Created

Abort

Catalog Name:	Default export definition
Filter:	No filter in use
Order by:	Entry number

No Download or Save As... button is available so that you can save the export result on your local machine.

Resolution

Workaround: Retrieve export data from the SDL Trados GroupShare server

You can retrieve the exported XML file from the default File Storage path: C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDLServer1\FileStore\MultiTerm from the application server.
If you do not know what the current File Storage path is, you can check SDL GroupShare Console > Settings > File Storage > Location.

Root Cause

This is a known issue and our Development Team is working on a solution. Until a permanent solution is in place you can use the workaround described below to retrieve the export data.
