Change service user using a PowerShell script for all Trados GroupShare Services

1. Download the appropriate script
   • Note: Ensure to download/apply the script from the attachment section that applies to your Trados GroupShare version! If you are not sure how to apply the PowerShell script or have question, raise a support ticket with our support team.
2. Unblock the script (Windows Explorer: Right-click file > Properties > Unblock)
3. Run the script as Administrator. A prompt will request the credentials of the (new) service user

• The script does not change your user or its password in active directory. In case you want to change the password here, you first have to change this for the user in active directory.
• The script will not grant the appropriate permissions to the account – you still have to take care of that yourself.
