Symptoms/Context
You would like to change the default layout for MultiTerm Online users.
Resolution
Change the MultiTerm Online Default Settings
Log into MultiTerm Online as an administrator.
If you are not already on the Home view, select it. Tick the box next to the termbase you wish to make the default, untick the boxes next to the other termbases, and then click OK.
Go to the Terms view, select your new default source and target languages, and select your new default view.
Go to the Termbase Management view and then to the Overview tab. Double-check your preferred layout is displayed under Working Environment and make any other adjustments you want to your new default settings.
Go to the Administration view and then to the Site Configuration tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Apply to All Users.
If User Profiles are Enabled
If you have enabled MultiTerm User Profiles, your new defaults will not be applied to these saved profiles. You may wish to disable user profiles like so:
Go to the Administration view and then to the User Profiles tab.
Untick the box next to Enable Profiles and click OK.
You may also wish to delete users' existing profiles. To do this, select a user, tick the box next to each of their profiles and click the Delete Selected Profiles Now button. Repeat this for each user.

It takes time to set the correct options every time a user logs in.
