- Check your Trustee database by running the following query
select * from TRUSTEES where ID=<TCM ID>
i.e.:
select * from TRUSTEES where ID=35
- If query returns empty dataset then your group doesn't exist on your Trustees database.
- We will now try to find remaining references in integrations. Check first which application is linked to your Target
SELECT * FROM APP_DATA WHERE SUBJECT_REFERENCE_ID = 15
- From this you can run a general query to grab all possible references for the integration owning references from your group by running
select * from APP_DATA where APP_ID='SmartTarget'
App_ID='SmartTarget' is choosen here as it was returned by previous query in our example.
- Save results to text file
- Send the information to support including the original error message and all queries result. Last result includes encrypted content which request R&D work to decrypt and confirm the entry to delete
- R&D may request a backup from your CM database to validate the issue
- R&D will provide the final answer to resolve this once the entry of Application Data has been identified.
