Cumulative Update 4 (Build 1657) (released on 9 March 2017)

 This cumulative update (CU) includes all previous cumulative updates for SDL MultiTerm 2015 and the following enhancements and hotfixes:

- Fixed an issue where the layout of terms in bidirectional languages (such as Arabic) were incorrectly shown as left-to-right, instead of right-to-left.

Cmulative Update 3 (Build 1518) (released on 16 December 2015)

 This cumulative update (CU) includes all previous cumulative updates for SDL MultiTerm 2015 and the following enhancements and hotfixes:
 
- Fixed an issue where server-based termbases whose layout was very large could not be opened in MultiTerm

Service Release 1 (Build 1516) (released on 22 October 2015)

This Service Release (SR) includes all previous cumulative updates for SDL MultiTerm 2015 and the following enhancements and hotfixes:
 
- Fixed Terms not being added to the corresponding sub-language from Studio in some instances
- Fixed "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" after editing a term added by Studio
- Fixed "Unknown exception" when merging a term within Studio 
- Fixed "Access denied. You do not have sufficient rights to remove fields for this language" when deleting entry level fields
- Fixed cross-reference link not being underlined in some instances
- Fixed "External component has thrown and exception" when changing layout
- Fixed issues with flag display
- Fixed uninformative error message when connecting to a server with wrong login details

Cumulative Update 1 (released on 17 August 2015)

This cumulative update (CU) includes all previous cumulative updates for SDL MultiTerm 2015 and the following enhancements and hotfixes:

• This update ensures full compatibility with SDL Studio GroupShare 2015. It is important to install CU1 to fully benefit from the enhancements in SDL Studio GroupShare 2015. Also be sure to apply SDL MultiTerm 2015 CU1 at the same time as updating Studio to CU1.
• Added compatibility with new permissions around copying, merging entries as well as deleting language blocks.
• You can now update layouts, including system layouts, with the new Update functionality that is available when right-clicking a layout in Termbase Management. This can be necessary if the termbase definition was updated or to display flags correctly when adding the new languages to an existing termbase.
• Introduced new custom languages for compatibility with SDL Enterprise systems in MT Desktop and Convert.
• Removed Italian, Russian and Korean UI options, pending localisation.

The cumulative update is automatically applied when you use the AutoUpdate functionality available in SDL MultiTerm. AutoUpdate is turned on by default, so you will automatically be notified of the update as soon as it is available. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and apply the update.

NOTE: Applying the update may take some time, as the SDL MultiTerm installation is analysed before the update to ensure the patch can be installed successfully. As a rule of thumb, applying the patch will take roughly the same time as installing the application. SDL recommends that you use AutoUpdate. However, you can also apply the patch manually, as follows:

1. Close all SDL applications.
2. Download the ZIP file MultiTerm-KB8125-CU4.zip from ftp://sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL_TP/Article_8125/ 
3. If this does not work, browse to ftp://ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL_TP/Article_8125/ and enter username sdlpatches and password 5dlpatch35 when prompted.
4. Extract the files to a temporary folder of your choice, such as C:\temp. The ZIP file applies to all editions of SDL MultiTerm 2015.
5. Double-click the files MTCore-KB8125-CU4.msp and  MTStudio-KB8125-CU4.msp and wait for each file to complete installing. This will install the latest cumulative patch and update the files in the SDL MultiTerm 2015 installation folder as appropriate.

After the cumulative update patch has been installed and MultiTerm restarted, the issues described in this article should no longer occur.

NOTE: In some rare circumstances it might happen that he flag for one of the new languages is not displayed. To resolve this, right click on the selected layout in Termbase Management and choose Update.
