- Select the Setup tab.
- In the navigation tree, click Resources.
- In the toolbar, click Add Resource.
- In the Add Resource dialog box, set the fields as follows:

Combining the workflow steps in a workflowCreate a workflow that combines both steps so that you can add it to a configuration.
- Access SDL TMS.
- Select the Setup tab.
- In the navigation tree, click Workflows.
- Select Add Workflow. The Add Workflow dialog box opens.
- Set the Name field to a meaningful value, for example, Workflow with Machine Translation.
- Add the two workflow steps you just created to this workflow, in the order in which you created them.
- Ensure that the second workflow step, Wait for MT response in our example, is set to Not allocated.
- Select Submit.
It is important that the
Waiting for response remains set to
Not allocated, meaning that no user is allocated to this step. Once you have added this new
Workflow to a
Configuration, you can create jobs that can receive Machine Translation matches.
