Resolution

1. Close Trados Studio.
2. Go to:

for Trados Studio 2015-2021: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\Platform\Identity\SDLTradosStudio.exe and rename the folder SdlIdentityCredentials into SdlIdentityCredentials_old.
for Trados Studio 2022 / 2024: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Platform\Identity\SDLTradosStudio.exe and rename the folder SdlIdentityCredentials into SdlIdentityCredentials_old.

3. Restart Trados Studio.
