Segmentation error: Cannot parse asset data. Details: com.idiominc.ws.filters.FilterParseException: Culture is not supported. Parameter name: name en-EN is an invalid culture identifier. Note: the language code may vary. |
Apply the relevant change to the exchange.properties file as described in this article: WorldServer - Error when saving or exporting - Culture name xxxx is not supported. Parameter name: name Note: a WorldServer (Idiom service) restart needs to be done in order for the change to take effect. If the issue is not solved after the restart, check what is the value of WS_Config folder in the environment variable and make sure that the correct exchange.properties file is placed in the subfolder WS-LEGACY of the folder to which the WS_CONFIG environment variable points to. If that does not help, another possible reason if that your WorldServer environment is installed on a Windows Server version where the language you are mapping (for instance Russian Ukraine) is supported in that version. If your Windows Server version is 2012, this workaround will not work. While you will be able to export a WSXZ package with the Russian-Ukraine language code, you will receive an error when saving or importing back a Return package like: Culture is not supported. Parameter name: name ru-UA is an invalid culture identifier. Culture is not supported Parameter name: name RU-US is an invalid culture identifier. This is because Russian Ukraine is not supported in Wondows Server 2012, but it is supported starting from version 2016. This is stated in this Microsoft page where there is a reference to Release 10 for the first version where this language is available. So if the server is not in a version that supports the language, the workaround will not work.
