IMPORTANT NOTE - It is assumed that the most recent versions are installed, including latest service packs and cumulative updates for each major version. If your version combination appears as supported and you still have issues, make sure both the client tool and GroupShare are on their respective latest Cumulative Updates / Service Releases.

New versions of Trados Studio, MultiTerm Desktop and Passolo usually include changes that impact the ability to connect to older Trados GroupShare server.
