Question
What does Pending status mean for a user? With this status there is no possibility to resend an invitation link or even have access to one.
Answer
Most probably the user has been created automatically from the customer's Gateway account. Showing as Pending means that he never finalized the Language Cloud registration which is done by clicking on the invitation link at the account creation time.
The best solution at this moment is deleting the user and re-adding it from the Language Cloud UI directly. This will trigger another registration email again and an invitation link will become available.
In the less probable case when they are not receiving the email, a re-send button will be available on the Users page and also the invitation link can manually be sent and used from the user's profile.
