The Reprise License Manager process, rlm , is using 100% of a CPU core continuously causing an interruption in production.
The issue can be worked around by shutting down and restarting Contenta, Tomcat, XPP, and RLM using the init.d scripts. However the issue returned one week later. Further investigations showed that the issue occurred each Monday morning around the same time frame.
Reviewing the RLM.log file we find a large multitude of the following errors, all occurring on Monday mornings in the 5:30AM time frame.
