For Web 8.5, why is Deployer not accessible on any port except port 80?

- Administrator has installed the Web 8.5 Deployer using default port 8084 and sees that it is not accessible from client machines. - When viewing Deployer logs can see that Deployer starts successfully. - When administrator starts Deployer on port 80, the Deployer is accessible externally to the machine.
- When administrator runs "sudo netstat -lpn", can see that port 8084 is open and listening. - Administrator would like to know whether the Deployer can be run against port 80 or there is a dependency to use a particular port range.
There is no product requirement for the Deployer to use port 8084 or any other port. Issue due to customer firewall; if desired port cannot be opened then port 80 can be used.
