WorldServer - Loading the "Users" page is taking a very long time

We are experiencing long times (+5 min) when loading the users page under Management > User Setup > Users.

Could you please let us know how to expedite this loading?

In your general.properties, check which value is associated with the property view_all_page_row_limit. Per default, it is set to

view_all_page_row_limit=1000

Depending on the value set on your environment, you can make a change to a lower value, for instance to 500. Be aware that this change will apply to all pages, including Projects, Tasks, Browser Workbench, Project Types, Translation Memories etc. Basically any page in the WorldServer User Interface.

An Idiom restart is required for any change in general.properties to be applied. If you work on a clustered/multi-server environment, make sure to apply this change to all servers where Idiom is installed.
