WorldServer - some Term attributes do not display in the Lookup in Online Editor

Symptoms/Context
We have Term attributes that do not display in the Lookup in Online Editor, like the one below Subject Field as an example. In the screenshot you can see the attribute as displayed in the Term Details. However, that attribute does not display in the Lookup window in Online Editor. What needs to be done for the term attribute to display in Online Editor like other attributes such as Term Status, Term Reliability etc.?

Resolution
The attribute displayed in the screenshot is a TD Entry Attribute:

Only TD Term Attributes with default values can be displayed in Term Lookup within the Online Editor.

Workaround

To work around this limitation, convert the TD Entry attribute into a TD Term attribute (or make it both as displayed below) and ensure it has a default value.

Without an associated default value, the attribute will not be visible in the Online Editor.
