Resolution

Multiterm Databases in WorldServer are basically just connections to the actual TermBase in Multiterm Online/Groupshare. It is not possible to edit the terms from the WorldServer side. The Termbase is basically "read-only".

MultiTerm is very free in what you can define, including Term Status. WorldServer is a little more rigorous values. These Multiterm Term Statusses will all be imported as Proposed:

There is only a limited mapping between the Term Status is Multiterm and in WorldServer. The mapping is hard-coded and cannot be configured. If WorldServer does not recognize the Term Status, it will give it the status Proposed. This table should be helpful:

We have an enhancement request to provide a better match between Multiterm and WorldServer: CRQ-8476. However, there is currently no disposition for this enhancement request. This article will be updated with any changes.
