WorldServer 11.7.3 - Errors exporting projects to WSXZ packages and importing return packages ' Could not process FTS request'

We are experiencing issues exporting and importing projects to WorldServer since the upgrade to version 11.7.3. This is the error we are seeing when exporting Tasks manually and also when importing Return packages:

Could not process FTS task request

If you look at the task history, you will find a more clear error pointing to a specific file type that contains an embedded content processor. Examples:

The export attempt failed. Details:java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unable to find configuration: 'Embedded Content HTML 5 v 1.0.0.0 (WS:SF_216250_textF)' for filter: 'Plain Text'
The export attempt failed. Details:java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unable to find configuration: 'Html Embedded Content 5 2.0.0.0 (AEM Content)' for filter: 'Embedded Content Html 5 Processor')
