The Send E-Mail or Send E-Mail for project automatic actions send an email notification to the project creator, usually at the end of a project workflow to inform that the project is finished. This automatic step fails with the error Recipients are not defined if there is no email address associated with the creator's user account.
The simple resolution is to find the creator's user account, open it from Management > User Setup > Users and add a valid email address. Save the changes.
As a last step, complete the Autoerror to re-do the step. The automatic step will complete successfully. |
