Flow Analysis show wrong results for total and new Word counts

Symptoms/Context
When run Flow analysis, total words count and new words is not accurate. However when running same analysis from Multitrans client, words counts is accurate.
Resolution
Steps Below that may resolved issue:
  1. Login in Flow as either admin, PM or Beetext
  2. Go to Flow "TMS settings" (little gear icon on left toolbar at the bottom) 
  3. Under "Multitrans" sections click on "Settings"
  4. From the default "General" Tab, scroll down at the bottom of the page and click on "Restore Default Multitrans Units"
  5. When you see Units restore message just below the button, you can go back to the request and try to run the Analysis again and you should have the correct Words counts
Root Cause
This may happen when upgrading Flow version or when installing new Flow patches that Flow Units need to be reset for Analysis to work properly
