WorldServer - How to search the Translation Memory by Entry Origin but without repetitions in the Search results?

Symptoms/Context
After having made bulk changes to one translation unit in a Translation Memory it would save a great deal of time to search for the translation and filter by entry origin, and without repetition.

I have to change one term (for example, "virement interne") to another ("transfert de fonds") across a whole TM, and when I am done, I will have to enter all the files associated with a certain Entry Origins in which the term appears in our publishing tool in order to push the files live.

If I run a search the TM based on Entry Origin as explained in this this article, there are 44 hits in total, so 44 segments I need to change. But when you look at the Entry Origin column, some origins are actually the same. It would save me a great deal of time if I could play with the filters or with the SQL grammar so that, after I made a Search (like "Virement interne"), WorldServer shows me the list of all origins without repetition. That way, I would instantly know how many origins I need to publish again, and I could select them very easily.

Resolution
When searching the Translation Memory, it is not possible to use a SQL as a distinct clause to filter on the Entry Origin. When searching for a specific translation unit all results will be returned that match the searched text. As a workaround outside of WorldServer, search for the translation unit, then export the result of the search to a TMX file.

An online tool can be used to convert the TMX file to an EXCEL file, for example, Olifant, which can be downloaded here. When an online tool isn't the preferred method other tools can be used.
