WorldServer - the "Sdl.WorldServer.FileTypeSupport.Server.Launcher.exe.config" temp file cleanup settings cleaned everything including new active projects

We have followed the instructions in this article to clean up temp files automatically based on the configuration of the Sdl.WorldServer.FileTypeSupport.Server.Launcher.exe.config

However, as a result, all the temp files were deleted, included those needed by active projects.

Note: the temp files are in a Unix system. We setup the temp cleanup file to 60 days, but FTS cleanup up everything including newly inserted projects today. 

This is a defect when the files are resident on a non-windows file system. For such a situation a Unix script running from cron should be used.
